Pop No. 1

  • April 13, 2005
I'm working on a setup to take very fast photos of popping water balloons. The goal is to photograph a blob of water suspended in air, with the balloon deflated behind it. My hangup at this point is the long duration of my flash, which is not adjustable (afaik) because I'm using it in PC mode for contact-closure trigger. Any ideas, anyone?

Get this idea from American Photo (or maybe Pop Photo)?
