Yesterday evening while chatting with Jen I was watching a Jpop video (as always) by Tommy February6. It's a goofy video like most, with her in a and a bunch of cheerleaders behind her with . The whole thing is cutesy. At the start she stashes away a furry thing behind a pillow and the video starts. Then, after the song has ended, she pulls it out again and opens it, making it apparent that it's a flask. She looks around, , and falls gracefully out of her chair and . Somehow I don't think Britney could get away with that on American TV.

In sadder news, Do As Infinity, one of my favorite Jrock bands, announced Tuesday that they're breaking up. It's quite tough to decipher the translated version, but it looks like everyone's just too busy doing their own thing. Maybe Smitha can provide more insight?

I'll have you know that it only took me two hours to implement the shortcuts necessary to support those image popups, thank you very much! You should expect to see more in the future.

Yeah--I've gotten quite good at deciphering Babelfished English/Engrish yesterday, and it's just a more poetic way of saying that they're going their separate ways and continuing with solo projects, and they're very thankful for the support they've received.

By the way, a ton of the ALTs here are huge fans of Love Psychedelico. :D Thought you'd like that. Any time we carpool anywhere, inevitably someone will put in one of their CDs.
