I'm due for a ton of articles on various topics that I really need to write about. One such article is a list of all the freeware apps I use on a regular basis: things that don't show up on Google unless you already know exactly what you want. However, I find that I get home each evening and have little "oomph" left to devote to the many personal projects I have going.

Luckily my collection of scripts and shortcuts makes it pretty easy to post photos to my photoblog, otherwise this site would have gone the way of my other projects a year and a half ago, after it started. In general, I'm happy with how it's been so far, and my posting coverage has been about 87% since the beginning of February 2004 when I posted the first photo, meaning that I typically miss one photo per 8 days. One of the more surprising benefits I've gotten out of my site (well, the latest version) is the fact that it forces me to write as well.
