Sunflower Sodium Bombs

I'm curious if the sodium content recorded on the package includes the salt that coats the outside of the shell. I seem to remember there being a warning "values for edible portion of seed", but now that I look on this package, that notice is nowhere to be found. Hmm.

About a week ago my karma on slashdot transitioned from "good" to "excellent", which means that all my posts now start with 2 mod points. *sniff* ... so grown up.
