Thursday is here again. Ariel has me listening to the French artist lately, which I suppose could be termed "fpop", but that sounds more obscene than it is. Of course, when he mentioned foreign music, my brain went into crazy mode and my music obnoxism spewed forth. I don't think I'll ever get over that particular psychological problem.

What country should I explore next? Germany has Rammstein...

I've noticed lately that the debate is heating up over whether Ruby is better than PHP. While PHP has pretty much reached veteran status as a programming language, Ruby is a newcomer that has a new syntax and full OOP structure. I've read arguments for and against PHP recently, and while the negative critique got me thinking, a quick visit to the Ruby site leads me to believe it has much room for improvement. Long story short, those of my friends who are learning PHP need not worry that it will be obsolete any time soon.
