Dragon

  • August 29, 2006
I went to Skiles walkway this afternoon in search of the Sno Cones that were supposedly being distributed by the Student Center, as part of a 'nique photo assignment. I searched all over the Student Center and the Commons, including the food court, but there seemed to be no Sno Cones to speak of. Another bit of evidence was the apparent lack of students enjoying said Cones in the area.

So I photographed this dragon instead, who was part of the "Student Involvement Fair": basically mini-FASET for the non-freshmen, who didn't attend FASET.

Adjusting to the Surroundings and Environs of Tech. I forget what the F stands for--Freshmen? Facilitation?

I miss Skiles Walkway...as crazy as it sounds, I really do miss it.

Familiarization and adaptation to the surrounding and environs of tech - spoken as a true FASET leader. Or, as most of us prefer, "Freshmen are Such Easy Targets"

And Smitha, I too miss Skiles Walkway.

It never occurred to me that Faset was an acronym.
