Amanda Among the Dawgs

Yesterday was the big Tech v. UGA game in Athens. I joined Amanda, Ariel, and Jamie for the trip up. We arrived early and generally beat the crowd, then high-tailed it out immediately after the game ended and beat most of the traffic out, as well. Apparently the new press room that recently had been built was a vast improvment, so the hospitality was good. The UGA crowd was rowdy but generally respectful, which was less than could be said for the Tech fans, a few of whom decided to toss out bottles of water onto the field.

While I don't think I got any Sports Illustrated-worthy photos, I enjoyed myself thoroughly during my last football shoot. Bring on basketball!
