Cracked but not Broken

When it hit a certain time of day at a certain angle, Centennial Tower (also known as the "envelope building") began to sparkle. Those windows that had not been completely "removed" by the tornado showed their stresses through the cracks that had appeared. Strangely enough, I couldn't see this effect on any other tall buildings in the area, so either it's a hard phenomenon to see, or this particular building has windows that were much more prone to cracking without breaking.
