Red Pork and Fancy Rice

Julia made dinner on Thursday night: slow-cooked pork covered in a sweet Chinese red dry rub. We also put a packet of unknown English nomenclature on our rice - it has seaweed and little wonton noodles, among other things. On the back of the plate are peanuts in sesame balls. Yum!
