Moon Ring

I saw this interesting ring around the moon on Saturday night, filling a large portion of the sky. It's hard to tell from this photo, but my lens is at its widest focal length, 17mm. The blue and pink dots in the middle are lens flares, but I believe that's Venus on the right.
