A bubble like this stays at the top usually, but when it falls you'll be sure to sweat. Luckily this hasn't been a problem since we got our AC replaced by a nifty, new, (expensive) system.

There are four floaters labeled 80, 76, 72, and 68 degrees. As the temperature changes, some floaters will hover at the top and some at the bottom. Room temperature lies between somewhere the lowest temperature on the top and the highest temperature on the bottom.
