Caro and a Plane

  • March 20, 2007
Our first full day in DC started at the Air and Space Museum, which I'd seen many times over. This time it also housed a collection from the American History Museum, which is currently being renovated. I most enjoyed the large timeline of spaceflight that started just before Sputnik. We (humankind) made some amazing technological and scientific strides in those years, mostly in the name of national competition.

I looked at it longingly, but I decided that it wasn't worth $4.
