Almost Frozen

The lake at my apartment complex is nearly frozen over. Only the area surrounding the fountain maintains enough motion to avoid freezing solid.

okay, that's awesome. yesterday alan and i drove over near the lincoln memorial to see how the potomac river looked partially frozen. it was not as pretty as this. (and i don't have any pictures to prove it because... i had brought my camera but forgotten the CF card! pbbbbttt stupid)
